When it comes to make-up, Isla has outlined the underneath of her eyes with a smoky midnight blue. You can either use a pencil and blend along the bottom lash line, or simply dampen the tip of a fine make-up brush and dip into a powder shadow to create an intense outline. Try this gorgeous shadow from The Body Shop’s ‘Baked-To-Last’ range in Sapphire, £10. Use a nude highlighting shadow across the lids and up to the brow bone to add dimension. Finish with a lick of mascara. If you have very fair skin and hair, try using a brown mascara instead of black as it can look a little harsh. Isla keeps the rest of her face fairly neutral with a tinted gloss on her lips.
Complete the look with long glossy waves swept over one shoulder for sheer sophistication. For hair this shiny, try a deep conditioning leave in treatment before the big night and use plenty of heat protection and shine spray to finish.
Finally, take a leaf out of Isla’s book and remember to SMILE! This little lady always has a huge grin (probably ‘cause hubby Sacha Baron Cohen has cracked a joke), but we guarantee it will make you look 100% more attractive. After all, the VB pout is so 90s!
